How do I know if my order went through?

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your order has been placed.

How can I change the shipping address on my order?

To change your shipping address before the order is shipped, send an email request to hello@purelystriking.com. Include the new shipping address. We will try our best to update the order. However, if the package has already shipped, the address cannot be changed.

How can I modify the items and/or quantities on my order?

To modify your order, we suggest cancelling the order and placing a new one with the desired items and/or quantities. Send an order cancellation request to hello@purelystriking.com. Include your order number in the email request. You will receive an order cancellation email after the order has been cancelled.

What is the estimated time for shipping orders?
Orders typically ship within 1 - 9 days of the purchase date. Expect an email within 10 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
How long does it take to receive an online order?
Once an order is shipped, it takes 2 - 14 days for products to arrive. We offer standard shipping on all orders.
Will I receive a shipping notification?

Absolutely! You will receive an shipping confirmation email after your order has been shipped.

How do I track my order?
Track your order using any of the following methods:

1. Visit the order tracking page. Enter your order number in addition to the email or phone number used during checkout. If you have the tracking number you can also enter it on the order tracking page.

2. Open the order confirmation email. Click on the tracking number link for the most recent tracking information.
How do I make a return?

To start a return, send an email request us at hello@purelystriking.com. Include your order number in the email request.

How do I change my Account email?

To change the email on your account, send an email request us at hello@purelystriking.com. Include both your old email and new email addresses in the email request.
