How do I know if my order went through?

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your order has been placed.

What is Shop Pay and how can I use it to pay for my purchase at checkout?

Shop Pay is a wallet that helps you check out faster by automatically filling in your saved email, payment, and shipping details. Shop Pay also gives you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to pay for your order over time in installments.

How can I modify the items and/or quantities on my order?

To modify your order, we suggest cancelling the order and placing a new one with the desired items and/or quantities. Send an order cancellation request to hello@purelystriking.com. Include your order number in the email request. You will receive an order cancellation email after the order has been cancelled.

How can I change the shipping address on my order?

To change your shipping address before the order is shipped, send an email request to hello@purelystriking.com. Include the new shipping address. We will try our best to update the order. However, if the package has already shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Why am I seeing a pending authorization and/or multiple charges on my credit card?

Your credit card will show a pending authorization for the full amount of your total order. An actual charge will not be processed until your order has shipped. We may send your order in multiple shipments, so you’ll see a charge for each of these shipments, but the charges will never exceed your order total.
